Minding ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally can be really challenging at this time. We all have good days and bad days, some days we may even find it hard to recognise that we're actually having a bad day.
The authors of the scheme "Weaving Wellbeing" have developed a journal for children to use during the school closures. (Some things are helpful for adults too) It uses many of the skills and strategies we have already learned about. It is practical, helpful and positive.
